Sunrise on the Potomac River

We wanted an adventure and with a current 90º+ temperature streak going I thought the morning would be best. So I woke up Quinn just before 5 am so we could get to the park to see the sunrise. Our park was the C&O Canal NHP and our view would be Great Falls along the Potomac River. It was a simple adventure that yielded great results. We got to social distance, see nature (lots of deer), see rapids, and top it off with some great views! The sunrise was great and we had a bunch of laughs and hugs to complete it. Lots of memories made just after a small quick adventure. Enjoy the photos!
